1. About BRedPixel

BRedPixel is a Windows-based software platform designed for professional service providers in India, including:

Cyber Cafés

Other authorized business users

BRedPixel is not intended for personal or consumer use.

2. User Consent

Before using BRedPixel, every user must accept:

3. Customer Consent for Documents

Before retrieving, uploading, printing, verifying, or processing any customer document or identity information, the agent must obtain the customer’s authorization or consent as required by applicable law.

Agents are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate customer permission.

BRedPixel provides software tools only and cannot determine whether valid customer consent has been obtained.

When creating an account, we may collect:

Business or Studio Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
Subscription Status
Customer Support Communications

B. Device Information

To protect software licensing and account security, we may collect:

Hardware ID (including motherboard serial number or equivalent device identifier)

D. Customer Documents Uploaded Through BRedPixel

Customers may upload documents through a secure BRedPixel upload page by scanning a QR code or opening a secure web link provided by the agent.

These uploaded documents may include, depending on the service requested:

Identity documents
Government-issued documents
Application forms
Images
PDF files
Other customer-provided files

Uploaded documents are processed solely for the requested service.

5. What We Do NOT Collect

BRedPixel does not:

Scan the agent’s computer.
Access the agent’s local gallery.
Upload photographs stored on the agent’s computer.
Collect documents stored locally unless the user intentionally uploads them using BRedPixel.

Local files remain under the control of the agent.

6. Temporary Document Storage

Customer-uploaded documents are temporarily stored using secure cloud infrastructure powered by Google Firebase.

Uploaded documents are:

Encrypted during transmission.
Encrypted while stored.
Accessible only to:
- The customer
- The assigned agent or authorized staff
Automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload.

BRedPixel does not permanently archive uploaded customer documents.

7. Printing of Uploaded Documents

Uploaded documents are intended solely for viewing and printing through the BRedPixel application.

The application is designed so that uploaded documents are available for printing by the assigned agent.

BRedPixel does not provide a feature to download or export uploaded customer documents.

After the retention period, uploaded documents are permanently deleted from our cloud storage.

8. Document Retrieval & Verification Services

BRedPixel may integrate with authorized third-party providers, including but not limited to:

Sandbox
DigiLocker APIs
Other authorized verification partners

These services are used only when requested by the customer through the agent.

Customer information required for document retrieval or verification is transmitted securely to the relevant service provider only for completing the requested service.

The handling of information by these providers is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

9. Subscription Information

BRedPixel operates on a monthly subscription model.

Subscription information may include:

Subscription plan
Activation status
License information
Billing records
Renewal history

Payment processing is handled securely by Cashfree Payments.

BRedPixel does not collect or store:

Credit Card Numbers
Debit Card Numbers
CVV
UPI PIN
Internet Banking Passwords
Banking Credentials

10. Firebase Services

BRedPixel uses Google Firebase to provide features including:

Firebase Authentication
Firebase Realtime Database and/or Cloud Firestore
Firebase Storage
Firebase Functions

Firebase processes information according to Google’s applicable privacy and security practices.

Customer-uploaded documents are automatically deleted from Firebase Storage within 24 hours of upload.

Any misuse, unauthorized access, identity theft, forged documents, fraudulent activity, or unlawful processing committed by an agent is solely the responsibility of that agent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
