Disclaimer for BRedPixel

This Disclaimer governs your use of the BRedPixel Windows software, website, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using BRedPixel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. Independent Software

BRedPixel is an independent Windows-based Software as a Service (SaaS) developed to assist photo studios and users with photo processing, background removal, enhancement, printing, and related workflow management.

BRedPixel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or operated by any Government department, eMitra, CSC, MP Online, UIDAI, Passport Seva, Income Tax Department, Election Commission, or any other Government authority or organization.

Any references to government services or portals are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply any official relationship.

2. Government Portal Usage

BRedPixel may be used alongside eMitra and other online service portals.

However:

  • We do not own or control any government portal.
  • We cannot guarantee the availability, functionality, or acceptance of any government website.
  • Government portals may change their requirements, specifications, or services at any time without notice.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and photographs comply with the applicable government requirements.

3. AI Features

BRedPixel provides AI-powered features such as:

  • Background Removal
  • Photo Enhancement

These features are intended to assist users and improve workflow.

Although we strive to provide high-quality results, we do not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-enhanced images will always meet government, passport, visa, examination, or other official photo requirements.

Users must carefully review every image before printing or submitting it.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all information entered into the Software.
  • The legality of all photographs and documents processed.
  • Compliance with copyright laws.
  • Compliance with applicable government regulations.
  • Verifying that printed photographs meet the requirements of the intended authority or organization.

BRedPixel does not verify or validate user-provided information.

5. Photo Processing

BRedPixel is designed to process and print photographs.

The Software does not permanently upload, store, or claim ownership of your photographs unless a future feature specifically states otherwise.

For subscription management, analytics, software improvement, fraud prevention, and license verification, BRedPixel may securely record only non-image information such as print counts and account-related data.

6. Internet Requirement

An active internet connection is required to use BRedPixel.

Internet connectivity is necessary for:

  • User Login
  • Subscription Verification
  • License Authentication
  • Firebase Services
  • Software Security
  • Certain Application Features

Offline use is currently not supported.

7. Third-Party Services

BRedPixel relies on trusted third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Google Firebase
  • Cashfree Payments

These services operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

BRedPixel is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or policies of third-party providers.

8. Payment Disclaimer

All payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments.

BRedPixel does not collect or store:

  • Credit Card Numbers
  • Debit Card Numbers
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Internet Banking Passwords
  • Banking Credentials

Payment security is handled by Cashfree in accordance with its own security standards.

9. Software Availability

We strive to provide reliable services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Internet outages
  • Firebase downtime
  • Cashfree service interruptions
  • Windows updates
  • Hardware failures
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Force majeure events
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRedPixel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Incorrect user input.
  • Printing errors.
  • Rejection of photographs by any government authority or organization.
  • Hardware failures.
  • Internet failures.
  • Power outages.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • AI-generated image results.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Business interruption.
  • Data loss.
  • Delay in services.

Users should always verify photographs and information before printing or submitting them.

11. Supported Operating Systems

BRedPixel is currently designed for:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11

Operation on unsupported operating systems is not guaranteed.

12. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Any activity performed using a user’s account shall be considered the responsibility of that user.

13. Changes to this Disclaimer

BRedPixel reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time.

The revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Software after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
