Disclaimer for BRedPixel

This Disclaimer governs your use of the BRedPixel Windows software, customer document upload portal, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing, accessing, or using BRedPixel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. Independent Software

BRedPixel is an independent Windows-based Software as a Service (SaaS) developed to assist professional service providers with:

  • Passport Photo Printing
  • Photo Editing
  • AI Background Removal
  • AI Image Enhancement
  • Image Compression
  • Text to PDF
  • PDF Utilities
  • Customer Document Printing
  • Document Retrieval
  • Identity Verification
  • Other workflow and productivity tools

BRedPixel is intended exclusively for authorized business users such as:

  • e-Mitra Centres
  • CSC Centres
  • Photo Studios
  • Cyber Cafés
  • Online Service Centres
  • Other authorized service providers

BRedPixel is not intended for personal or consumer use.

2. No Government Affiliation

BRedPixel is an independent software platform.

BRedPixel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or operated by:

  • Government of India
  • Any State Government
  • UIDAI
  • DigiLocker
  • Passport Seva
  • Income Tax Department
  • Election Commission of India
  • CSC
  • MP Online
  • Any Ministry
  • Any Government Department
  • Any Government Authority

Any reference to government services, portals, schemes, or documents is provided solely to facilitate user workflows and does not imply any official partnership or approval.

3. Customer Document Upload System

BRedPixel provides a secure customer document upload system.

Customers may upload documents by scanning a QR code or opening a secure BRedPixel web page provided by the agent.

Uploaded documents are securely transmitted to Google Firebase and made available only to the assigned agent through the BRedPixel application for the requested service.

Uploaded documents are intended solely for completing the customer’s requested service.

4. Temporary Storage of Uploaded Documents

Customer-uploaded documents are:

  • Encrypted during transmission.
  • Encrypted while stored.
  • Temporarily stored using Google Firebase.
  • Accessible only to the customer and the assigned agent or authorized staff.
  • Automatically and permanently deleted within twenty-four (24) hours of upload.

BRedPixel does not permanently archive customer-uploaded documents.

5. Local Files Are Not Collected

BRedPixel does not:

  • Scan the agent’s computer.
  • Access local folders.
  • Access local galleries.
  • Upload photographs stored on the agent’s computer.
  • Collect documents stored locally.

Only files intentionally uploaded through the BRedPixel customer upload portal are temporarily processed by our cloud services.

6. Printing of Uploaded Documents

Uploaded customer documents are intended only for viewing and printing through the BRedPixel application.

The application does not provide a feature to download or export uploaded customer documents.

After the document has been printed or after twenty-four (24) hours, whichever occurs first, the uploaded document is permanently deleted from our cloud storage.

While BRedPixel implements reasonable technical measures to protect uploaded documents, no software can completely prevent all forms of copying or screen capture by external means.

7. Customer Consent

Agents are solely responsible for obtaining the customer’s authorization before:

  • Uploading documents.
  • Printing documents.
  • Retrieving documents.
  • Verifying identity.
  • Accessing government-related services.

BRedPixel cannot determine whether valid customer consent has been obtained.

Any unauthorized use of customer information is solely the responsibility of the agent or user responsible for that action.

8. AI Features

BRedPixel includes AI-assisted features such as:

  • Background Removal
  • Image Enhancement
  • Image Upscaling
  • Other AI-assisted tools

These features are intended to improve productivity.

Although we strive to provide high-quality results, we do not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-enhanced images will satisfy the requirements of any government department, embassy, passport office, visa authority, educational institution, examination authority, or other organization.

Users should carefully review all images before printing or submission.

9. Document Retrieval & Verification

BRedPixel may integrate with authorized third-party providers including:

  • Sandbox
  • DigiLocker APIs
  • Other authorized verification providers

These services are provided solely to facilitate customer-requested document retrieval or verification.

BRedPixel:

  • Does not issue government documents.
  • Does not certify document authenticity.
  • Does not modify government records.
  • Does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or response time of any third-party service.

Any information returned through third-party services is the responsibility of the respective provider.

10. Monthly Subscription

Access to premium features requires an active monthly subscription.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew.

When a subscription expires, premium access will end until a new subscription is manually activated.

11. Payment Disclaimer

Subscription payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments.

BRedPixel does not collect or store:

  • Credit Card Numbers
  • Debit Card Numbers
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Internet Banking Passwords
  • Banking Credentials

Payment processing is handled by Cashfree according to its own terms and privacy practices.

12. Internet Requirement

An active internet connection is required for:

  • User Login
  • Subscription Verification
  • License Authentication
  • Firebase Services
  • Customer Document Upload
  • Document Retrieval
  • Identity Verification
  • Software Security
  • Certain application features

Offline operation is currently not supported.

13. Third-Party Services

BRedPixel relies on trusted third-party providers including:

  • Google Firebase
  • Cashfree Payments
  • Sandbox
  • DigiLocker APIs
  • Cloud hosting providers

These providers operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

BRedPixel is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party providers.

14. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Internet outages
  • Firebase downtime
  • Cashfree interruptions
  • Sandbox downtime
  • DigiLocker downtime
  • Windows updates
  • Hardware failures
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Power failures
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

15. User Responsibility

Users and agents are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of information entered into the Software.
  • Lawful use of customer information.
  • Obtaining customer authorization.
  • Compliance with copyright laws.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and government regulations.
  • Verifying photographs before printing.
  • Verifying documents before submission to any authority.

BRedPixel does not independently verify customer-provided information or documents.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRedPixel shall not be liable for:

  • Unauthorized use of customer documents by agents or third parties.
  • Incorrect information supplied by users.
  • Rejection of photographs or documents by any authority.
  • Third-party API failures.
  • Government portal downtime.
  • Internet failures.
  • Hardware failures.
  • Power outages.
  • Delays caused by third-party services.
  • AI-generated image results.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • Loss of data.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Users should carefully verify all information, photographs, and documents before printing or submitting them.

17. Supported Operating Systems

BRedPixel is designed for:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11

Operation on unsupported operating systems is not guaranteed.

18. Account Security

Each BRedPixel account is intended for use on one registered Windows computer only.

Users are responsible for:

  • Protecting their login credentials.
  • Preventing unauthorized access to their account.
  • All activities performed using their account.

19. Changes to this Disclaimer

BRedPixel may modify or update this Disclaimer at any time.

The revised version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
