Refund Policy for BRedPixel

Thank you for choosing BRedPixel. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions purchased through our website or software.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Subscription Plans

BRedPixel currently offers the following subscription plans:

  • 1 Month
  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 12 Months

Each subscription grants access to the selected plan for one Windows computer only, subject to our Terms and Conditions.


2. Free Trial

BRedPixel provides a 3-day free trial for eligible users.

We encourage users to evaluate the Software during the trial period before purchasing a subscription.

Purchasing a subscription after the trial indicates that you are satisfied with the Software and wish to continue using it.


3. General Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.

However, refund requests may be considered only under the circumstances described in this Policy.


4. Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A duplicate payment was successfully charged.
  • A verified technical billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
  • An unauthorized transaction is verified after investigation.
  • Payment was successfully received but BRedPixel was unable to activate your subscription due to a verified issue caused by us.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the Software.
  • Subscription cancellation after activation.
  • User misunderstanding of Software features..
  • Hardware incompatibility outside the supported requirements.
  • User error or accidental purchases.
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspension or termination due to privacy, license sharing, fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or misuse.
  • Expired refund request period.

6. Payment Verification

If payment is successfully completed but your subscription is not activated because of a technical issue, BRedPixel will first attempt to activate your subscription after verification.

If activation is not possible, we may issue a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.


7. Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment provider after receiving access to the Software:

  • The associated BRedPixel account may be immediately suspended or placed on hold.
  • Subscription access may be revoked during the investigation.
  • Services may remain suspended until the dispute is resolved.
  • If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or invalid, BRedPixel reserves the right to permanently terminate the account.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.

Cancellation does not affect the current paid subscription period.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it will expire unless renewed.


9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Cashfree Payments
  • Your bank
  • UPI provider
  • Card issuer
  • Applicable banking procedures

BRedPixel cannot guarantee the exact time required for refunded funds to appear in your account after the refund has been initiated.


10. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments.

BRedPixel does not collect or store:

  • Credit Card Numbers
  • Debit Card Numbers
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Net Banking Passwords
  • Banking Credentials

Payment information is processed securely by Cashfree according to their security standards and policies.


11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your payment.

Include the following information:

  • Registered Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Reason for the refund request

We may request additional information to verify your claim.


12. Changes to this Refund Policy

BRedPixel reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Software after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
